Know Before You Enroll

Before you enroll, take a moment to review the key details about your plan options. Understanding your benefits is crucial to making the best choice for you and your family. Explore the following information to ensure you’re well-prepared to select the coverage that meets your needs.

Annual Enrollment Instructions
  • Click “Enroll Now.”
  • Log into the Alex Lee employee portal by completing your username and password.
  • Click “Begin Enrollment.”
  • Elect your coverage.
  • You must turn all benefits “green”; then, initial the elections and click “Submit.”
  • Save a confirmation statement for your record.
Medical

You must enroll in a medical plan during Annual Enrollment to have medical coverage in 2026. Your current medical plan election will not rollover to 2026.

If you enroll in an Alex Lee medical plan, you have access to Teladoc! This connects you anytime, anywhere via phone, web, or mobile app to a national network of board-certified doctors.

It’s important that you have the app downloaded and you’ve pre-registered. That way, when you need care, it’s there in an instant. Don’t delay – add this app to your mobile device ASAP.

Healthcare Bluebook

Healthcare Bluebook is a free online and mobile tool provided to you and your family as part of your Alex Lee medical plan. You can shop for the most affordable care available in your area from high-quality providers.

Healthcare Bluebook also has an Enhanced and Expanded Rewards Program — the Fair Price(RM) program. For eligible procedures, if you choose a Fair Price facility, indicated by a GREEN icon, the provider will send you a cash reward up to $1500, based on the procedure! No forms or extra steps; it’s automatic. You MUST search on Healthcare Bluebook to earn rewards for medical care.

Call Healthcare Bluebook before certain orthopedic procedures to avoid an additional $500 Aetna medical expense.

As part of your employee benefit, you have access to Bluebook RX where you can save on your prescription copays. Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity

Continued Enrollment: If you’re already enrolled in Critical Illness, Accident and/or Hospital Indemnity and do not wish to make any changes, no action is required on your part. Your existing coverage will automatically continue into 2026.

Lincoln Financial is Alex Lee’s Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity Insurance carrier. These benefits help protect your finances if you have an unexpected injury, illness, or hospital admission. Adding these coverages as additional benefits to your medical plan can leave you feeling more protected in the case of an unforeseen medical event.

Voluntary Life Insurance

Continued Enrollment: If you’re already enrolled in Voluntary Life Coverage and do not wish to make any changes, no action is required on your part. Your existing coverage will automatically continue into 2026.

During Annual Enrollment, you are eligible to increase your coverage amounts with Evidence of Insurability.

  • Employees can increase their coverage amount 1x of their annual salary without Evidence of Insurability (up to 5x your salary or the Guarantee Issue Amount of $300,000, whichever is less).
  • Spouses can increase their coverage amount 1x increment without Evidence of Insurability (up to the Guarantee Issue Amount of $50,000, not to exceed 50% of the employee amount).
  • Children (up to age 26) can be covered in $2,000 units up to the Guaranteed Issue amount of $10,000.
Home & Auto

As an Alex Lee Full-time employee you have year-round access to auto and home insurance from Farmers GroupSelect. This program provides you with special savings discounts for insurance on your home, condo, renter’s, auto, boat and more! Call 800-438-6381 for more information.
